My Family

Hi;) Today, I'm going to talk about my family.
I have 5 people; my father, mother, older brother, younger sister and me:)

My father works at an insurance company.
I think that he likes my younger sister and me so much!
He is very kind for just her and me! When I was a child, he used to buy what I want.
Usually, I like him, but he is sometimes angry at what I can't understand!!
So, I'm annoyed at the time:((
And, I think that he likes talking a lot.
He often talks to me while I'm watching my favorite TV show.
I mind it a little. lol

My mother works at a hospital. She is a helper for old people.
For example, she helps them when they eat something or move.
She studied a lot to get a helper license, so I respect her and I think that I can't do like her.
And, she is very good at cooking!! I like whatever she cooks!!
Maybe, I have to learn cooking from her after I go back to Japan!
My father also said like that before(-_-;)

My brother also works at a hospital.
It is different from the hospital that my mother works at.
He supplies food to patients there. He is 22 years old now.
We don't talk each other much:(
He is very fashionable, so I like his style.
But, I can't understand that he always buy his clothes, shoes and stuffs which are expensive!
Now, I'm thinking a lot about souvenirs for him:((

My sister is a high school student and 16 years old.
I like her so much because she is fanny and kind!
She often obeys me. lol I can be natural when I'm with her!
She belonged to a basketball team when she was an elementary school student.
And then, she belonged to a valleyball team when she was a junior high school student.
Now, she belongs to a brass band club.
These experiences are interesting! but I think that she isn't patient!

And, I have a dog! Her name is Sun! She is also one of my family:)
She is very cute:)) but I don't like her character!
She is perverse, and she shows me that she is cute only when I have some food!
And, She doesn't like me. She usually avoids me:(( because I think I often try to hold her!
But, last year, when I came back home from the apartment that I lived alone, she always welcomed me shaking her tail.
I hope that she misses me!!

These are my family!! I'm really looking forward to seeing them in Japan:D

My Experience of Ballet

Hi!! I'm going to talk about my experience of ballet.
When I was eight years old, I started to take a ballet lesson.
I have took it for six years.
This experience is very important and valuable for me, because it changed my mind.
But, I wasn't interested in a ballet or classical music at all, and I didn't like a skirt which is like a ballerina tutu.
The reason why I started to take the ballet lesson was just that my mother wanted me to take it.

The lessons were so hard. When a public performance was coming, I had the lesson everyday.
Usually, I practiced more than five hours in the lesson.
I didn't like dancing with toe shoes because the shoes are painful.
Although it looks beutiful, actually, my nails of each toe used to be peeled because of the toe shoes.
I think the reason why I could keep taking the hard ballet lesson for six years is that I got a big sense of  achievement surely after public performances finished.
I really liked the public performences. I really enjoyed dancing while I was dancing on the stage.
I have danced some kinds of dance through my ballet lesson.
They were classical ballet, jazz, music of musicals and Michel Jackson!
I wasn't interested in them at the time, but I like all of them now!
So, I'm happy to expand my interests:)

And, my teacher was very influential to me.
She was a member of Japanese famous theatrical company when she was young.
she was very strict about dance. I was scoled by her many times.
I didn't like her...but she told her students about not only dance but also other important things in life.
I respect her now. I learned various things by listening to her experiences.

So, this experience of the ballt lesson was the most exciting experience in my life:)))
If I have a child in the future, I want her to take a ballet lesson!

My Childhood Home

Hi:) Today, I'm going to talk about my childhood home!
When I lived in Japan, I lived alone to go to my university.
My hometown is very far from the university, so I had to live alone.
Now, I really miss my hometown.
I mind that I will live alone again after I will go back to Japan.

My hometown; Kitakata-shi, Fukushima, is located far from Tokyo.
If I go to Tokyo from my hometown by a car, it takes about 6 hours to get to Tokyo.
My hometown is very different from Tokyo.
It doesn't have many people, high buildings, enough entertainments and educational institutions like Tokyo.
There are not a shopping mall, a theater and a university in my hometown.
There are one restaurant for families and one karaoke.
And, it has many fields for products, rice fields and ramen; Chinese noodle shops because the ramen in my hometown is very popular in Japan.
So, many tourists come to my hometown to eat the ramen.
In addition, the transportation in my hometown is terrible.
Trains come to a station onece in 30 minutes.

Although my hometown sounds uncomfortable and boring, I really like this town.
Actually, when I was junior high school student or high school student, I felt bored and that I want to live in other place.
But, I knew that I can feel relaxed in my hometown when I started to live alone.

I had many enjoyable memories when I was a child.
In the nights of summer, I used to go to a rice field to see fireflies with my family.
I still remember that I saw many beautiful green lights of them.
And, I used to hear a little noisy cloak of frogs.
When I was a high school student, every year, I enjoyed a barbecue and fireworks with my friends in the shores of a river.
In winter, I see a lot of snow in my hometown.
Then my parents used to take my brother and me to go skiing or snowboarding.
And, when I was a elementary school student, I played soccer on a lot of snow with my classmates.
It was very fanny time.

So, I like my hometown which has many natures.
I miss my family and all of my hometown friends:)))

Thank you for reading^^

My Birth Day

First! I want to say to everyone 'THANK YOU!!!'
I was very happy last Friday :)))
I really enjoyed the surprise party!!
Actually, I thought that all the snacks which you brought were for Joel!!
I also brought some snacks, so I was surprised!!!
Thank you so much :DDD

And, I'm going to talk about last Friday night ( you can sing! ) and my birthday!
I had a wonderful time with my hostmother and my friends!
My hostmother took me to a Chinese restaurant in China town after school last Friday.
I was invited to a party to celebrate Chinese New Year.
But, I didn't know the party until she told me about it when we arrived the restaurant.
So, I was so surprised when I knew the party was for celebration of Chinese New Year.
Therer are 40 people in the party. The people are not only Chinese but also Canadian.
I was so nurvous because I had to introduce myselfe to them in the beginning of the party.
After I finished my introduction, my hostmother's friend said to them 'Listen! Tomorrow is my birthday!'
Then they gave me applause!!
I met a Chinese girl there. She was nice. I was happy to see her!
And, I ate a feast!! All the food was very delicious!!
I had a good time there :))

Also, last Sutarday was very nice!!!
My hostmother gave me a muffin, candle and birthday card in the morning!! They were presents to me.
Then, in the night, my friends held my birthday party!!
Thank you:D Yoshiko, Haruka, Miho who is in 300 class and my friend since we lived in Japan, Jisoo who is Yoshiko's room mate and Kotone who works at the Japanese restaurant which we went last Sutarday!
I didn't know about that they were planning this party!!
They gave me some nice presents!!! I was really impressed!!
Especially the birthday card which many friends wrote a message to me!! This became a very important thing for me.
And, they gave me a birthday cake! This was my favorite cake in Winnipeg;))
The owner in this restaurant also gave me a special food!! It was so good!! It reminded me a real Japanese taste!!!
So, you should go to Sushi King!!!!

I really enjoyed my birthday:)))
I will never forget it <33333

I was given a Burger King card as a present lol
You already know about my and Yoshiko's story....
So, we will go to Burger King this Friday!!!!!!

My life in Winnipeg

Today, I'm going to talk about my life in Winnipeg.
I have been here for 11 months.
I had many experiences in Winnipeg so far, and this life changed myself.
For example, it made me punctual because in Winnipeg, I think I attend classes well everyday.
But, when I lived in Japan, I was too lazy!
When I woke up late, I often slept again.
At the time, if I had harried up, I have been in a class in time.
So, after I go back to Japan, I have to keep this punctuality!!!

And, I have taken IEP since I came to Winnipeg.
It is so good. I'm happy to study English in IEP.
Teachers in IEP are kind and funny.
Their classes are very easy to understand!
All IEP classes are useful for my future.
I prefer studying in IEP to studying in my university, because foreign teacher in my university is few.
I don't have any opportunities to speak English after I go back to Japan.
So, I want to stay here to study English more.
Also, IEP activity is good for me! Because I can have experiences which is in only Winnipeg.
I went skating, watching a hockey game and I went to Banff  last summer!!
I live in homestay now. It is good for me.
I can improve my English and my host mother sometiomes takes me to many places in Winnipeg.
She is Chinese, so she took me and my friends to a restaurant in China town before.
And, she likes to invite my friends to a party in our house.
I had a good time with her and my friends in Halloween and Cristmas!!
These two paties in Winnipeg were very different from in Japan.
So, I learned and enjoyed these real party!!

Now, I'm a little sad because I have to leave Winnipeg in about one month.
I like this international life and Winnipeg!!

Twilight 'breaking dawn'

I went to go watching 'breaking dawn' last Saturday.
It's two times when I watched it!
'breaking dawn' is new movie of  Twilight series.
I have liked Twilight since I was high school student.
I read all its books then.

Do you know about this story?
The story is about that a vampire and a girl(human) are in love each other.
Twilight is called modern version of Romeo and Juliete.
But, Twilight is not tragic like it.

The vampire's name is Edward, and the girl's name is Bella.
Edward has lived feeling lonely until he met Bella.
They faced many troubles from when they are in love.
But, in new movie; 'breaking dawn', finally, they get married.
The scene of their wedding is so nice!
I was looking forward to watching this scene in the movie because that is my favorite scene:)
And, the scene of honeymooon is also wonderful!
But, they face other big problem there...

I think the most surprising fact is Robert Pattinson(Edward) and Kristen Stewart(Bella) are real couple!
I like this couple!! So, I want them to get married in the real world:)))

'breaking dawn part 2' will come to Canada in this November.
I will be in Japan then. I think I can watch it in Japan around next February.....
I can't wait:((((
I like a vampire because of Twilight!!!
They are strong, fast and handsome or beautiful. They are parfect!!
So, I want to see them someday....lol

Wedding in Japan

Today, I want to talk about weddings in Japan!
But, I have never attended weddings, so I researched it!!

Usually, people can choose how to celebrate a wedding freely, regardless of  their religion.
Also, they can choose the place that their wedding is held.
Now, a hotel is more popular than a hall for wedding ceremonies because the hotel is bigger and more useful for  wedding receptions which is held after a wedding ceremony and many guests come.
Sometimes, the wedding ceremony is held in Disney Land :))
I think many girls have this dream, because brides can wear the Disney princess's dress!!!
But, it is too expensive:((
In addition, recently, `house-wedding' increased. This is like a party.

In Japan, the wedding reception is called `Hiro-en'.
There are a lot of important events in Hiro-en!!
For example, cutting a wedding cake and lighting candles which is on guests' tables by a groom and a bride, entertainments for them by guests and reading a letter to a bride's parents by herself.
The last one is the most moving event!!!

And, I will talk about wedding ceremonies in Japan!
Most people choose Christian wedding and Shinto wedding.
Shinto wedding is Japanese traditional wedding.
This is called 'Shinzen-shiki'.
The place that this ceremony is held is usually a shrine, but it can be held in a hotel and a hall for a wedding ceremony.
A grrom wears a hakama, and a bride wears a white kimono.
In Shinzen-shiki, there are many rules during a ceremony.
I think it's very difficult to remember all rules...
When I visited a famous shrine for Shinzen-shiki, I saw this wedding ceremony!!
The bride was so beautiful :D

Now, I'm looking forward to attending my friend's wedding in the future^^* Of course, mine too!!
I want to wear both of a wedding dress and a white kimono:)))
